Cascade–Siskiyou National Monument

Cascade–Siskiyou National Monument is located in southwestern Oregon, near the border with California. It covers an area of approximately 86,774 acres and was designated as a national monument on June 9, 2000, becoming the first monument set aside solely to protect biodiversity.
